3 keyboard settings that should be enabled by default on OS X

Command + V to ‘Paste and Match Style’. Believe me, you don’t ever need to paste and keep the original style. Or at the very least, remap it to a less troublesome combination than the default one, which was .. I forgot it.
Command +P; P to quickly save a file as PDF.
Enable ‘All Controls’ keyboard access in windows and dialogs.
