This is not a diet it is a lifestyle change that has helped me make good choices on the meals we eat daily. The Best Diet for PCOS – 6 Strategies That May Surprise You

The traditional American diet consists of extremely high levels of animal protein, dairy, and low-fiber processed breads. As a result, we are the most obese people on the planet and have the highest levels of cancer, heart disease and osteoporosis in the world. Cultures that have high levels of calorie consumption from vegetables have much lower rates of obesity and disease. It has not been proven that consumption of animal protein leads to cancer, but there are literally hundreds of studies that show that high levels of fruit, vegetable, greens and bean consumption lead to weight loss and reduced levels of life threatening diseases.

As you change your diet to include daily fruit, vegetable, green salad and bean consumption, you will have more energy, feel fuller and lose weight.

If you eat enough raw and cooked vegetables each day, you will find it difficult to maintain your previous weight. The key to this is bringing your dairy and animal protein consumption to very minimal levels. This is a good thing of course, exercise is good for you.

With the Flex system, different exercises were assigned negative point values. The effect was that you were incentivized to exercise.

The company recently rolled the Flex program into the new Momentum Program, and is no longer available as a standalone option. But there is still an emphasis on incentivizing exercise. If you have the money, absolutely. Go to a Weight Watchers meeting for great in person support. You will be assigned a target daily Points value that is customized for you, and they will help you design a long term plan to lose weight.

If you are 25 pounds or more overweight, you will find the investment of a small amount of time and money well worth it. If you think you might want to join Weight Watchers but want to get a greater comfort level before you pay you can do a free personal "assessment". The link takes you a short quiz where you will assess your odds of following any weight loss plan, including Weight Watchers.

It might be that you are apprehensive about going to an in-person meeting, so they offer an online version of Weight Watchers.

If cost is an issue but you still want some level of help, PEERtrainer offers a free daily weight loss coaching newsletter that guides you through key fundamentals. We also offer a guide on how to choose the right weight loss support programs that will help you decide if something like Weight Watchers is a fit for you.

Weight Loss Motivation The Weight Watchers Momentum Program This is a brand new offering from Weight Watchers that is designed to address one of the key criticisms of the program, that people often feel hungry on it a lot. The Momentum Program helps dieters identify specific foods that are healthy and also help them feel full.

There are different programs for men and women. Combining the quality food focus of the new Momentum program plus counting points will definitely help you get started on your diet. If you want more detail on the Weight Watchers Momentum Program click here.

As we mention in the beginning of this article, the most important effect of the Points System was to help people eat higher quality foods. Prior to the introduction of this update, it was possible to follow the system by eating not so healthy food. The reviews on the Points Plus program have been mixed. Foods like hummus and avocado are emphasized for example, and foods like dairy and meat are de-emphasized.

The key is finding foods that you personally like, and their program helps you focus on that right away. The only way you will stick to the program is if you enjoy that- and they focus a great deal on that. At PEERtrainer, we understand the specific challenges people face in their quest to lose weight.

You might be doing great on Weight Watchers for three weeks and then you are "ambushed" by a social event. Maybe you find yourself eating at night and know that is the one thing that trips you up. Or your friends and family might not have the same commitment to overall fitness and health, and you find your self constantly tripped up. In situations like these, you know exactly what you need to do, but you find yourself continually back at the same place.

PEERtrainer has put together The Point Of No Return Program to deal with situations like these, and help you develop the skills you need to get you to the "point of no return", where you feel empowered to deal with daily challenges. If you feel like you are not ready to start Weight Watchers, this program will help you get there.

And if you are having a hard time sticking to the program or going to your meetings, this program will help. Weight Watchers Meetings-- Group Support and Behavior Modification One of the reasons Weight Watchers is so successful is that their system and formula is based on proven, scientific principles.

Key to this is the idea of "behavior modification. But change is difficult, as most of us know well, and key to fostering long term behavior change is group support. When one is engaged in a difficult task like losing weight, you need others to help you. And most often your friends and family are not up to the task. And you would not want to put that burden on them. That is where Weight Watchers Meetings come in. You go once a week, weigh in, and get the support and advice you need to keep following through.

The meetings are extremely popular. It can be difficult for many people to stay on or adhere to the system. The Weight Watchers Points system, like most diets, basically boils down to a calorie diet. What makes Weight Watchers better is their focus on fiber. With fiber comes increased odds that you will eat more fruits and veggies. It is only by eating enough vegetables that you will feel full on a calorie restricted diet. It makes sense if you think about it. Vegetables have minimal calories but a lot of bulk.

They fill you up. Additionally, vegetables and especially green vegetables, contain high levels of nutrients. When your body gets the nutrients it needs, you feel more full. That is one of the reasons people eat so much on a traditional American diet. That diet contains very few nutrients, so your body is screaming for more and simply tells you to keep eating in an attempt to get them. If you eat large servings of vegetables at each meal even Breakfast!! Even if you overshoot your points, but it is a result of non-animal calorie sources, you are going to do great.

Understand that there is no magic weight loss bullet, and think of Weight Watchers as an excellent tool among many tools that you can fuse together. Fuhrman at the same time. There is much more choice and quality. They used to focus simply on low calorie and point foods. Now they place a high priority on healthy foods and they do this through great recipes that people want to do.

You can see an example here with this weight loss readiness assessment. Basically you have to want to lose weight, and this test helps you find out how much you really want it.

Once you know the Points System, and understand what your daily targets are, you will have a good grasp on the basics of the system. Some leaders are very helpful and motivating, other leaders are less so. Many people swear by their Weight Watchers weekly meeting , and go for years. But the key point of the meetings is support. And there are many lower cost alternatives to Weight Watchers and different ways to get the support you need to follow the Points system.

Many people argue that Weight Watchers encourages or enables the continued eating of junk food. Weight Watchers works because of its focus on portion control, and high fiber low fat approach. But recent scientific work is pointing to this being an incomplete approach to losing weight.

It is only through a nutrient rich approach to eating can one lose weight permanently, and Weight Watchers has no way of incentivizing people to choose whole foods over processed foods. Weight Watchers also sells a line of processed foods that really do not provide optimal nutrition.

We will update this page as we get more data points on this important issue. The Cost of Weight Watchers The costs vary through out different parts of the country, but I think they only vary by a few dollars: You'll need to sign up to get your exact daily points target that meets your own needs and profile.

Hi Shannon, thanks for your comment. This book addresses diet for PCOS and many other fertility issues. Otherwise if you are more interested in following a natural path to recovery, feel free to schedule an appointment with me via EmilyBartlettAcupuncture. A couple years ago I was 35 , we had difficulty trying to conceive our 2nd child.

I charted my cycle religiously, and to me, I was regular — periods every days. BUT upon further looking, my doctor could tell that my body was taking too long to ovulate, and my ovulations was suboptimal. I also used something like Clomid. But in my humble opinion, stick with the Metformin and YES there is hope!!!

Stick thru the icky Metformin side effects, along with diet changes and exercise. Hi Shannan Just wanted to let you know that with a combination of Clomid and metformin managed to conceive after 15 years of Pcos issues. Second time around I conceived without either. Wow thanks rockerb ya thats the next step my doctor wants to take is the clomid and med combo. This really gives me hope. I completely altered my eating habits and eliminated all processed and sugary foods, and within 5 weeks I was pregnant!!

After having my son and finishing up breastfeeding, I started on Metformin, and 16 months later we are now pregnant with our second baby…….. I was put on metformin and got pregnant 8 months later. I stayed on metformin throughout and had a healthy baby girl and when she was 18mo old I got pregnant again!

I now have 3 healthy kids and am still on metformin. I am sure you will find success!! Hi Shannon, I found out I had PCOS on my own after complaints to all kinds of doctors I am not overweight either, so no one suspected and after a year of mg of Metformin I was able to conceive. So all the best to you! Second time around is a PAIN. Next step is to tinker with my diet. We just gave up. Everyone is different and there are a lot of different studies on the matter.

I avoid processed soy but use whole forms a few times a week. Try using an ovulation predictor kit however try having intercourse at least days before you ovulate and more on the days you do ovulate maybe this can help increase your chances. Also maybe you should take another look at your diet maybe weight sometimes losing some weight helps as well as egg health try to increase your egg health.

Another thing women ignore is iron most women need more iron in their diet if not use a supplement. Trying to conceive also works both ways where the woman is healthy as well as the man maybe try convincing your husband or significant other to take zinc supplements as this can help him to. Metformin has been instrumental in allowing my sister to conceive 2 times. It helps the Insulin In your body to work. Since PCOS is a pre-diabetic condition. Stay on it and you will be pregnant in no time, Good Luck!

Can you please give some avenues to explore. Have you tried low carb. I understand that our host here is not for it but for millions of people it has been the answer to PCOS.

Also, I would look into supplementing with iodine. This has to be done carefully so do your research. This has been key for me, when I was gaining with no change in diet. Dora, or anyone with info on the subject — can you please tell me more about supplementing with Iodine for PCOS. A trainer I work out with suggested I started taking some as well. He recommends the brand Terry Naturally — Tri-Iodine. I take 1 capsule daily in the am, and it has I have even reversed many of my hypothyroidism and fibromyalgia symptoms!

I am also supplementing with natural progesterone and eating a fertility diet to help raise those levels up. I just started that and will see how it goes. I mean dieting is going from one form of eating to another form. What we eat is our diet. Dieting is changing what we eat? We go from eating processed foods to real foods is dieting in my mind still, it is just a forever change though it seems more and more diets are being honest that changes do need to be life long.

Maybe I am just caught up on definitions. To be though, REAL food is just another way of dieting. Anything that is not native to what we already eat is dieting in my mind. I could always be wrong. Let me know if you ever want to guest post on my blog about this! Hi Kimberly — I see what you mean. Occasionally when I eat something that is not Real food, it is disturbingly non-food-like to me… Like eating cardboard, or poison.

My cousin, who also has PCOS, went to a specialist recently and he put her on a low carb, no starch version of the Paleo diet. Everybody has a diet by the other definition. If anyone is interested http: The first part of this seems right on to me but I was surprised to see the Matt Stone recommendation at the end.

Soda, potatoe chips, crackers, pancakes with syrup and such. To eat quite a few carbs…all those things that spike blood sugar. Hi Sam — I know that some readers are really put off by Matt Stone. Matt himself has some really smart ideas. While recommending junk food may seem like dietary suicide, it is actually a brilliant way to heal from all of the sub-clinical eating disorders that we suffer from in our modern world.

PCOS is complicated and very different for different women, so the solutions vary widely as well. With anything my hope is to empower readers and my patients to start to make decisions that really resonate for them. So can anyone point me toward a more detailed list or diet of recommended foods for PCOS treatment?

I have been battling PCOS for years now, without much luck. But since then every symptom has practically doubled. I am a vegetarian and have been for about 14 years and have no intention to stop.

So soy based meat substitute products have been a staple for me. I do however drink milk and occasionally eat eggs. Do you have other dietary options that do not include meat that can help my PCOS? I have a question in regards to soy lethicin. Is it the same for non-gmo sources as well? Hi Amanda — This would depend on the individual. Thanks so much for this series on PCOS. Thanks, and thanks always for the great information and insight. Hi Tessa, thanks for sharing and for your question.

I would suggest this prenatal supplement. I have a quick question about Pasture Raised meats. That being said, would you recommend just buying local, Organic Meats? Would it better to leave that meat out as well?

Thank you for your response! Hi Hillary, thanks for your comment. If I were in your situation, I would prioritize grassfed over local and mail order meat. Wellness meats ships to all fifty states, Puerto Rico, Bermuda and most of Canada. So, perhaps that would be something worth looking into so that you can reintroduce meat into your diet? I would suggest Hillary try http: I know here in Ontario, there is no shortage of local grass fed beef. I was able to source grass fed meat through that website just a few days ago!

Thank you for this article. I was just given this diagnosis, even though I was told I had it years ago, but did not. I have been eating real foods now for a while, but think that I am going to have to look into Matt Stone…I had thought I should go that route, and need to read his book. But I DID regulate my metabolism. And now my body temperature is a steady And my temperature is still I have never heard that information about re-feeding and resting before.

I may have to check that out. I tried a severely low-carb diet as recommended by an authority on PCOS, but I was extremely miserable. Totally eliminating dairy and gluten seemed to help the most. I love meat and definitely feel better when I eat it. I was on supplemental progesterone for the last 4 months because that seems to be the biggest issue my body has with PCOS. Although long, my cycles are quite normal for one with PCOS, but my luteal phases are super-short. Initially the progesterone seemed to be making a tremendous difference, but suddenly, everything went haywire in the past month and my doctor has advised me to stop taking it.

The testimonies I have read regarding paleo and PCOS are very encouraging to me and I am quite excited to follow your continued exploration of this condition. If I can provide any assistance to you in your research by way of testimony or personal experience, I would be happy to help out.

Just shoot me a message. Thank you and keep up the excellent work. I healed my PCOS through a very similar protocol. I do consume raw, full-fat dairy, and that helps me, though I avoid pasteurized low-fat, and really only consume pasteurized full-fat in cooked foods, ice cream, and the very occasional latte.

I also implemented some aspects of TCM and read the book Making Babies over and over until my eyeballs fell out. I also took some herbs for a while, but was terrible about taking them all every day! I drank red raspberry leaf tea when I remembered. Perhaps the sign of a healing metabolism?

Same with my dairy issues. Just my two cents regarding dairy: If you love dairy and are finding it difficult to cut back that often, keep in mind to have pungent foods as part of your diet as well. Pungent flavour according to TCM principles can aid in breaking up an overaccumulation of phlegm. Herbs like fennel, chives, and mustard seed. Green tea in summer would work and a warmer natured one during winter. Sure if you have had a long history of restricting essential nutrients from your diet, then it only makes sense to rebalance them within your diet.

As far as eating tons of carbs and sleeping all the time. I have been doing that for years. Did I lose any weight? Did I gain weight? I have PCOS and was treated with diabetic medicines by a fertility specialist, but with no success.

By the way, I am not diabetic, so the medicines were really tough on my body. I placed a call to them and was advised that their policy is to substitute and they are not required to advise the customer. When I advised them that I was going to file a complaint with consumer affairs. I would strongly advise against dealing with this company. No one needs this type of hassle on a month to month basis.

I was promised a free week of food which I did not receive even after several complaints to customer service. I finally received the free week of food but it was awful.

Everything in it was whatever no one else would eat. The food in general is absolutely horrible, it's inedible, that's why you lose weight.

You're so sick from whatever they put in the food that you can't eat. If it wasn't for the fact that you get to add a piece of fruit and a yogurt everyday I would not have gotten through even one week. Calling customer service is a joke. I finally gave up.

Everytime I received an order it was wrong. Then to add insult to injury I had to send it back at my expense!

I finally demanded a refund then they ran me around for 4 weeks saying they never received my return package and asking me to send them shipping info.

I did that a total f 4 times, and still they claimed they couldn't find my return. After almost 6 weeks and me threatening to contact the Attorney General's office they finally 'found' my return. I had delivery confirmation stating it had been delivered 6 weeks earlier. I was overall pleased with how quickly the order was received.

I had some success, so I decided to order again, except this time I would Customize my order. When I received my order in March, I was missing items even though the sheet was identical to what I ordered. Much to my surprise, customer service blew me off like a lot of the customers on this site. I do plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau. No one contacted me that changes or substitutes would be placed in my order.

My question is, why is it that every time I tried to call to cancel, the wait is extroadinarily long? It wasn't that long when I placed the order or had questions about it. I called several times and waited up to 30 minutes or longer each time. This was, of course, after I chose the selection to cancel the order. Everything went quickly up until that point. Is this the usual practice when things are purchased through Nutri System? Needless to say, I feel a bit ripped off. At least of the first order which I am now stuck with.

I have to pay the exorbitant shipping to return the box that came in the meantime, while still trying to return the first order and cancel the monthly orders. Now I understand that the company may not be able to cancel this next order in time and I may possibly be stuck shipping this box back as well.

I'm sorry I didn't like the products, but that is the way it goes sometimes. I do, however, feel that I am entitled to at least being able to stop future shipments without having to pay to return them each time.

Ideally, I would like to also be able to return the original order that I tried for so long to reach someone to authorize the return. I do not recommend giving your credit card number to this company. They are quick to sell and slow to respond to complaints. You're better off buying Lean Cuisine at the grocery store. Some of the food is good, and some is just horrible. The counselors never contact you- that's a joke. I now have 2 months of the disgusting food I will never use.

You could save money by just eating 1 granola bar for breakfast and 2 of the frozen diet meals for lunch and dinner from your local grocery store. It would be a lot more tasty and less costly as well. Don't order NurtiSystem unless you have a lot of money to waste. I spent a great deal of time picking specific food items in each category breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack utilizing the "customized order" function.

That's where my happiness ended. Because I am handicapped, I wasn't too happy with the overweight, over-sized package. I injured my back trying to get it into my house. Shipping the items in two, or even three, packages would have been much more practical and customer-friendly.

After recuperating somewhat from my injury, I opened the box. Inside I found a plethora of items that I did not order. A check of the packing list against my original "customized" order revealed that whoever packed the carton clearly did not pay ANY attention to my preferences. In addition to receiving 17 items that were NOT on my list, my package contained quantities that differed from what I'd selected for another 13 items.

And some items I'd chosen were missing altogether! For the most part, the packing list accurately reflected what was in the carton but it differed greatly from my list of choices. However, in a number of cases, the packing list was grossly inaccurate too.

However, I did not receive 4 cheese pizzas, nor did I receive the 3 cheese pizzas I'd ordered. Instead, I received 4 mushroom and pepper pizzas! When I contacted customer service about the errors in my order, I was told "no one has the luxury of picking their free items. After 15 minutes on hold, I had to repeat my complaint 4 times before it was acknowledged.

The response by the customer service person was "well, sometimes items are backordered so other items are substituted. I was then told "that can't be helped. Kathleen of Mayfield Hts. It took many phone calls and but finally someone said they would give me a coupon off my next order.

I was told it had not shipped because I had not paid for the last order which I had and explained this. They were very rude and told me to call another number. I called that number and spoke to another customer service representative who could have cared less and then I said I wanted to cancel. I then had to call a third number and finally got a very pleasant customer service representative. She asked my why I was canceling and I explained. She told me she did not blame me, took my information, gave me a cancelation number and apologized.

The system might have been working for me, but when you have a company that could not care less about any problems that may come up, that is a sign of a bad company and I will not do business with them again. I will be telling all my friends and family as well. This is the worst business transaction experience I have had to date in my life. I received one order in January. I placed one order in January therefore I should only be charged once.

I placed a call to NutriSystem and it was suggested I do not know how to read a credit card statement. However, given that my degree is in Finance I am quite sure of my ability to be able to distinguish the difference between a debit and credit.

I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I faxed my credit card billing statement to NutriSystem. I was to receive a call back from NutriSystem and was never contacted.

Again, I have one order being shipped. I faxed my credit card billing statement. I was to receive a call back but was never contacted. I called my credit card company and was told that NutriSystem is fighting the dispute. This makes no sense. One order each month, yet two charges each month.

I immediately called NutriSystem and was told that my call would be returned quickly. Again, that did not happen. My experience with NutriSystem has been so negative that I have reported my experience with family, friends, and co-workers currently on the program and those considering the program because of my success. Success alone does not influence. Fair business practices go much farther than success. If this is not corrected I plan to post my negative experiences on message boards, in our Medical School update, and as a last resort to the Better Business Bureau, and Chamber of Commerce where NutriSystem is locatecd.

I am not trying to receive a refund on the orders I have and will receive but simply on the over charges. Why is this so difficult? Everything is in black and white. Two orders, four charges. Course of action I would like to see take place. While writing this email I did receive a call back from the only Customer Service Representative that has been any help and I will hopefully receive a refund.

However, it isn't redemption enough. I still plan to not order with NutriSystem again. Therefore, I am returning the order by UPS and expect a full refund. My mistake, but I can not do this program. Placing the order was easy, that is where the easy ended. It took 15 days for my order to arrive. The Welcome pack was not included, after checking the order I found missing items. I tried to set up an appointment with someone, that was the biggest joke ever. I finally called the number to place new orders and spoke to someone, someone aactually answrs that number.

There was no help there either. When I called to cancel the next order and was asked why I explained and it was truly no big deal. I had faith in your system and was failed miserably. Will you do something about my complaints? I have very little faith in that. I decided I would like to select my foods rather than receive an assortment selected by nutrisystem. My order arrived 3 days after placing it and most of the food items were incorrect.

The packing slip indicated that the order inside was indeed the items that I had selected however that was not the case. I contacted customer service and explained that most of my order was wrong and that I would like to exchange the incorrect items for the ones I had originally selected. I explained that I felt it was wrong to expect the customer to pay for Nutrisystems mistake and that if this was they way they operated I would have to seriously consider cancelling my membership.

I received a reply from customer service indicating that they cancelled my membership and good bye. I have contacted Nutrisystem headquarters but as of 2 weeks I still have not had a reply. This was a pay for 4 weeks and get 1 week free deal.

He in turn specifically stated that if at any time I was not happy with the program I could return the remaining food and get a FULL refund. Well, the food arrived.

Some was very good, most was average, too many inedible. Many of the microwaveable foods exploded in my microwave at half power, when they say to use high power. The food plan that came with it never mentioned before lists all these additional foods you must buy in order to fulfill all your nutritional needs.

Now, this meant counting and weighing! They also send an exercise plan and some motivational garbage. I work out, hard, 4 days a week -- they can keep their plan.

I'm way beyond that. Then you have to drink more water than today's guidelines tell you to. Well, I gained weight after four weeks, as I figured I would because they were telling me to eat about twice as much as I was eating before, while losing weight. So I called them and asked how to ship the remaining food back and get my refund. I was told to make a list of the food I was returning, put it in the box, keep a copy for myself, and mail it back to them.

Then I was told they would figure out how much it was worth and would refund back that amount. I repeated their promised guarantee of a full refund. The rep told me no, that is not what they meant!

I asked how could I know if my shipping the food back would cost more than what I would receive from them. I was told that I just couldn't tell.

I'd have to wait and see. I called again and told Christian, my counselor, ext. I've never had a worse consumer experience. The ads are more than misleading. They are super speedy at sending billing invoices. It is nearly impossible, as I have found, to reach anyone. There are great it is a good idea in theory promises of having a counselor call and spend minutes with you to answer any questions and counsel you.

I was never able to speak to anyone and waited at home one afternoon for a session that never took place. At inception they say someone will call you within an allotted time. Well, I've been on the program for two months and no one has called. I tried to call customer service to have some issues with the billing cleared up and waited -- seriously -- over an hour to get a human being on the line. I had in the meantime emailed my questions, but I just wanted for curiosity's sake to see how long it would take for someone to respond to the call.

And there has been no response to my email. I am beginning to suspect that Nutrisystem in nothing but a large preservative-filled food factory with only one person handling phones and emails. If you are a person who can apportion your food yourself, do it. If you cannot, join for the minimum possible and begin to eat your own foods rather than spend the money on Nutrisystem. You can buy healthier foods and go to your friends and family for support.

Even if their support is. I was desperate to lose weight and loved the IDEA of their approach. Unfortunately, that does not exist. Only high-priced foods for sale. If you are desperate to lose weight and want Nutrisystem to be there for you, don't hold your breath. I was desperate to lose weight and thrilled at the idea and very motivated to have access to a diet system that could both provide food and answer questions and be there for me. After all, I am paying aren't I?

I gave up for a week until I realized that Nutrisystem may be a broken promise to me, but I am a big girl and will not break a promise to myself to lose weight. I don't know how many others may just give up. I ordered the 4-week supply with one extra week free of charge special. I decided I would like to select my foods rather than receive an assortment selected by Nutrisystem. I was told my order would arrive in 2 to 7 days.

My order finally arrived on Nov 15th, but was several items short and did not contain the Welcome Package that included the meal planner, exercise guide or food list.

The Meal Planner and exercise plan is key to having success with this diet plan. Plus, I have no idea what foods are available without the list. I do feel however that the service leaves a great deal to be desired. One of the main questions I asked was would the food be shipped automatically with my credit card automatically debited? The answer was NO.

I wanted at least 3 or 4 weeks to evaluate the program. I had to borrow money to cover the charges. I joined the Nutrisystem program last week and it was the biggest waste of money in the world. But what is making me mad is that they did not explain everything. The pills made me so sick that I didn't want to eat maybe that's how some people lose weight on this program! I was not told this.

With the plan I bought, you can continue with Nutrisystem forever if you ever gain the weight back. And if you move and forget to tell them - too bad, you have to pay the full price again.

And you are supposed to buy vegetables, fruits, and milk on your own. Who can afford to spend that much on themselves? So, the sum of my claim is all the above and most importantly, this.

Today is Tuesday and I joined last Wednesday. And even if I had been told that, two points. I went away for Thanksgiving, and when I got back I went to weigh in on December 3 and was the center is closing down for the month of December. I got no warning. They also said if I were you I'd buy as much food as you can. I thought that was pretty nervy, considering they had barely any food left. I have made several attempts to contact the corporation and I got no response. All she knows is that they are going through a corporate takeover and she doesnt know when or if the cener will open back up!

They dont give a damn about their clients. I shouldn't have to spend all my time trying to get answers when I keep getting brushed aside. Its also false advertising to say they are reopening on Jan 4th and they still have not opened back up and its Jan12th. It sounds like you're dealing with a bankrupt franchisee, which basically means it's not worth the time it would take to pursue them, since they probably have no assets.

At leat the program proved to you that you can lose weight. We would suggest checking the American Dietetic Association Web site www. A registered dietitian R. In most states, an R. There's a reason for that; they have the scientific training to know what they're talking about. Sunday, November 4, It attained the No.
