Keeping a low calorie and low carb diet is best for any diet shake or supplement. As of today, I have lost 8 pounds and only exercised 3 times in the 41 days that I have been on the program. Although protein is needed for bone development, excessive protein intake over the long term might also cause calcium to be excreted from bones, increasing the risk of osteoporosis. Even the Mayo and such sites recommend avoiding veggie protein but some gout evidence says its not plant protein that s the problem. How effective do you think eating fish every day for 2 weeks be?
