One significant benefit to Nutrisystem is that it is easy to follow. Now I love it. Our Quality Page Score is therefore a measurement of how well a page achieves that purpose. I have been feeling a lot of emotions from having gone through breast cancer and several surgeries the last 3 years… I just kinda let myself go… but, I am so ready for this change!!! In any case, hope the rest of your month goes well, and best of luck moving forward. Advised mostly for people who only need basic support, and already are used to dieting. I keep carrot sticks, sugar snap peas, sliced green and red bell peppers on hand and munch on them.

I didn't know this when I originally call to cancel my account. Not that I like it, I understand that it was to be paid now. I was on hold for several minutes and when he finally came back he proceeded to tell me that his supervisor was at lunch and would called me back when she returned, "Oh and by the way here's your confirmation for your cancellation".
At that time I received an email from my PayPal account, advising me that I just made a payment to Nutrisystem. The man had the nerve to charge my account while he had me on hold.
I have called every day, each rep has told me what he did was ok. This is so sad, that he could do this behind my back and it be ok. My call is being reviewed now sure it is but, we all know how this is going to end. I will continue to call each day until I get a callback.
He knew what he was doing was wrong, why else would he have to sneak and charge me. I want an apology and someone to tell me what he did was wrong! If I were Marie Osmond, I wouldn't want to be known as a spokesperson for a company that has such bad reviews.
BBB alone has 99 bad reviews and I am getting ready to add another. I guess that wasn't necessary to be said. We are sad to hear about the way you were treated when calling. This is NOT okay. After the 3rd call to NutriSystem about a late order, Beth finally came online and made a return customer — yet again — out of me.

So far I am enjoying being on Nutrisystem. All of the food does taste very good. The only negative thing is that when I first order they did not tell me that there was so much chocolate in the turbo box. I specifically requested no chocolate. Counselors at Nutrisystem keep telling me the issue has been addressed but I do not receive a refund. This is very upsetting and seems to me to be a bit fraudulent. Please refund my money! I have been on the Women's Uniquely Yours Program for 13 months, and have lost over 90 pounds. The frozen food is amazing, and I was never hungry or felt deprived. The delicious snacks and double chocolate muffins have kept me satisfied and I never felt deprived. Thank you for the kind words and keep up the awesome work! If this occurs on the next I will. The cheese was missing on two of the sandwiches out of four on this order. I was trying to explain to the last counselor that I spoke to what was happening to me with eating the food and that it was making me sick. This is not in regards to Kim in returns. Kim was helpful and very nice to me. Anyway, the last counselor I spoke to was so rude and talked over me and would not let me finish my sentence.

Over the last several months, I have tried over and over to resolve an ongoing problem with order fulfillment.
Customer service refused to help and refused my repeated requests to escalate the issue and finally Nutrisystem decided to dump me. Even in my last e-mail communication with Nutrisystem where I yet again outlined the problem, the reply back from Nutrisystem completely ignored the majority of what I wrote. It looks like if Nutrisystem doesn't say anything about the problem, then it magically doesn't exist somehow. This shows that Nutrisystem has drastically fallen in terms of focusing on customer needs and flat out refuses to deal ethically with the customer.
We sincerely apologize for your experience. We certainly do not want a long-time member to feel such a way. We will be investigating this and reaching out soon. I have had a couple questions for your people there and I emailed them for a answer. First reply was very fast, second was a bit slower but they explained to me the reason why.

Just a little more weight to lose so I ordered again for 2 months. First shipment arrived on time and the food was terrific. Second shipment has the frozen food arrive a couple days late. The 2nd shipment of non frozen food is still not here after being over a week, now almost a week and a half late. How am I to stay on the regiment with half the menu missing for over a week?

He asked a lot of questions, and I answered them. Anton said he had to ask the questions and that I should call back when I had more time to answer his questions. I said no and that I wanted to cancel now. He got nasty and said I wasn't listening to him. So he asked another question. He said your program is cancelled. Then the phone went silent. There was about 2 minutes of silence. I feel like Anton was extremely unprofessional, rude, and deceptive.
So Anton has made me not want to use Nutrisystem again. I've lost twenty pounds and more to go. It's an easy program to follow if you have the food. The company needs to send your full order at once or even a day or two apart to be able to follow their program.
They send frozen first and your lucky to get your packaged products 5 or 6 days later. Separate warehouses or not, each part of your order should ship around the same time. Lost ten pounds so far. I love the ease and convenience of it. I recommend going for the highest level option and getting the frozen foods. The shelf stable breakfasts and lunches are good, but the shelf stable dinners are mostly inedible, mushy pasta in pouches and pizzas resembling lunchables.
The program is costly enough, so go the extra and get the frozen stuff. Nutrisystem has helped me to lose 40 lbs, still have 40 more to lose. It is such a blessing to have the food prepared and quick to cook, especially when I am struggling with a craving or emotional eating.
More than weight loss it is teaching me about myself and how to eat for my body. I just love Nutrisystem! Follow their simple plan and you will lose weight. I lost 6 pounds in week 1. Remember to do your part This plan works if you work it. I am only on day one and wondering if I'll be able to continue on this plan. I don't consider muffins and bars valid substitutions for a meal not to mention the taste of the aforementioned items.

Very bad, read small print everywhere on each page of very confusing terms and conditions, continue to be charged even though i stopped my order.
Honestly the food is ok but I already lost 10 pounds in two weeks. There is just something great about the convenience and calorie control.
I def recommend trying it. I'm having a hard time with the taste of the food but I'm going to move forward and do the best I can.
I was really excited to try this out after I ordered it. The food that I ordered actually liked. Also, they did not tell me what to eat.
The first week was really difficult for me because of the portions but I though, this is what I'm supposed to eat. The taste of the food tasted okay. What really got to me is when one of my coworkers informed me that you could but their products in Walmart and Dollar Tree. That really up-set me. I wasted so much money and you could have bought this for cheaper.
Additionally, after the first week all my food started tasting the same. Even if I had a meal that consisted of just cheese, it all tasted like tomato. I made a mistake when I first received the box of food and did not look at my order list. I discovered that I ordered different things and they substituted most of those foods. I have lost two pounds in one week. I still have a 3 more weeks to go and I'm dreading it. I'm sticking to it only because I wasted so much money. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I have reached my weight loss goals! I tried the program and stayed with it for two months. I did lose weight, but I found the meals for the most part were not tasty and I was always hungry. I would not do this program again. The food is really bad. I found very few of the items to be edible.
For the cost you could easily do your own food. Which is what I didn't want to do. I only lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks following the plan. I felt the return program was deceptive.
Selections were great but out of 3 orders each had shipping issues of damaged product which they were quick to make right. The final straw was items found to have mold in some of the items. I've lost 35 pounds and my blood sugar has come WAY down from mid 's to low 's. And I don't find the food unpalatable at all. You can customize your order, so anything I don't like I just don't order again, and anything I like I order more off on the next shipment.
Customer service has been excellent, and there is a huge member support that is extremely helpful. Plus, I AM learning how to eat properly to keep the weight off when I reach goal. It is easy to follow as well, but the food is horrible!!! There are only a few things that are tolerable, and even if you customize your order you will get extremely tired of eating those same things over and over. They have a plan where you get these other foods added that are frozen.
They are WAY better, but you only get a couple of weeks worth of it then your back to eating the other horrible food. Totally not worth it. I've tried it three times because I did lose the weight, but I couldn't handle the food. The portion sizes are sooo small. It's not possible to just grab and go. To feel satisfied you have to add fruits and lots of vegetables. It's not as mindless as I thought it was going to be. Fruits and vegetables are expensive. I didn't mind the food.
